Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Preparation

Cream shortening.
Combine with peanut butter.
Mix until creamy and smooth.
Add sugars, flour, egg, vanilla and salt.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown around edges, 10 or 12 minutes.
Let cool.
