Rabbit Scrabble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rabbit, dressed and cleaned
    salt and pepper to taste
    sage
    onion
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Cover rabbit with water.
    Cook until tender, then remove from broth.
    Cool and pick meat off bones.
    Add meat back to broth in Dutch oven.
    Bring to a boil, add sage and onion (to taste) along with salt and pepper.
    Slowly add cornmeal to boiling broth until broth thickens up.
    (Do not completely cook in Dutch oven, just thicken.)
    Kind of like wet cornbread dressing.
    Pour in greased loaf pans.
    Chill.
    Slice and fry in small amount of cooking oil.
