Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 chicken breasts
1/2 stick margarine
4 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 c. Minute rice
4 or 5 slices cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together soup and water until smooth.
Melt margarine in a large casserole dish.
Pour soup mixture into casserole dish.
Place chicken pieces in dish.
Salt and pepper and place slice of cheese on top of each piece of chicken.
Cover with foil and bake until chicken is done (about 45 minutes).
Remove from oven.
Place chicken pieces at one end of dish and add rice in other end.
Mix rice with juices; cover again and return to oven for 15 additional minutes.
