Pecan Cranberry Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. dried cranberries
1/8 c. orange juice concentrate
Preparation

Using an electric mixer, beat at medium speed and cream the cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
Transfer to a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors blend at least 30 minutes. Serve cold with crackers.
Makes one cup.
