Baked Zucchini And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium sized zucchini, sliced very thin
    1 egg
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 green onion, sliced thin
    1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Put zucchini in colander or on a towel to drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Add zucchini and mix well. Pour into a lightly oiled 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
