Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and flour together.
Add milk and beaten egg yolks.
Let come to a slow boil.
Brown 1/2 cup sugar in small iron skillet.
Add slowly to mixture.
Cook until thick.
Add butter and vanilla; pour into baked pie shell.
Cover with meringue made with 3 egg whites and 6 tablespoons of sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
