Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. canned (evaporated) milk
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together, add pumpkin and eggs and beat well until mixed.
    Add milk slowly while you mix. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until a knife comes out clean. Makes one pie.
