Chicken-N-Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

whole chicken
2 tsp. butter
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
water
Preparation
-
Cook chicken in pot 3/4 full of water.
Add 2 teaspoons butter.
Cook until done.
Combine flour, eggs and salt together in a large bowl.
Stir in tablespoons of water until dough is mixed together.
Do not get dough consistency sticky.
Roll out on floured board and cut in square or rectangle shapes.
Cook on medium heat until done.
Add black pepper, if you wish.
