Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 C. Butter Flavor Crisco
1 3\\4 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 1\\4 C. Flour
2 tsp. Cream of Tarter
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3\\4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cream butter flavored Crisco, 1 1\\2 cup of sugar, eggs, and vanilla thoroughly in large bowl, at medium speed.(electric mixer)
Combine flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt. Stir into cream mixture. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Combine remaining 1\\4 cup sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Roll balls into cinnamon, sugar mixture, coating. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 7 to 8 min. Remove to cool on wire racks.
Makes 6 dozen.
