Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. pkg. hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 onion
1/3 c. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 c. corn flakes
Preparation

Mix the first 8 ingredients together and put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Melt margarine and stir in corn flakes and put on top of casserole.
Return to oven for 15 minutes.
