Chicken Rosemary("Low-Fat") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breast
    1 tsp. Promise fat-free butter
    1 tsp. olive oil
    pepper
    Mrs. Dash
    1/2 small onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. Dole pineapple-orange juice
    1 tsp. Polano All Fruit (orange)
    2 c. sliced carrots
Preparation
    Mix together; pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
