Cabbage Patch Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
4 medium onions, sliced
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
2 cans kidney beans, drained
4 c. tomatoes
4 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown meat; drain. Add onions and celery and saute a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and a little water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with cornbread.
