Cajun Chicken Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients.
Add chicken, half at a time, and shake to coat.
In a large skillet, cook chicken in butter for 8 to 10 minutes or until the juices run clear.
Garnish with parsley and peppers if desired.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
