Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
    2 green onions and tops, finely chopped
    1/2 clove garlic, finely minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    mayonnaise
    salt and red pepper to taste
    chili powder, cumin and lemon juice to taste
Preparation
    Peel avocados; mash with a fork.
    Add the next 4 ingredients. Mix in enough mayonnaise to make paste.
    Add lemon juice, salt, red pepper, chili powder and cumin to taste.
    Serves 10 to 12 when used as a cocktail dip.
    Serves 8 when used as a salad.
