Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1/3 c. poppy seed
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat oil and eggs together well. Add sugar and continue to beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add to oil mixture alternately with the milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir in poppy seed and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or one Bundt pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
