Beef And Broccoli With Soy Sauce Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. broccoli, cut and blanched
    1 lb. roast beef, sliced thinly
    1 red pepper, seeded and sliced
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. bean sprouts
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In large salad bowl, combine broccoli, beef, red pepper, mushrooms, bean sprouts and water chestnuts; season with pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over salad just before serving.
