Corn-Sausage Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 c. coarsely chopped onion
    4 c. potato cubes
    2 c. water
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 or 3 cans cream-style corn
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook sausage and onion. Drain on paper towels. Cook potato cubes, sausage, onion and water until potatoes are tender (about 12 minutes). Add corn, evaporated milk and marjoram. Heat through and serve hot.
