Pineapple Cream Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lg can crushed pineapple, drained
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
2 c hot water
1/2 c chopped nuts
2 pkg lemon jello
1 sm can pimentos, copped
1/2 c chopped celery
1 c whipped cream
Preparation

Mix cream cheese with chopped pimento and set aside. Dissolve jello in hot water. Let cool.
Add nuts and celery to cheese mixture.
Mix into cooled jello stirring well.
Fold in whipped cream and chill completely.
