Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1 dash salt
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. or 7 oz. bag shredded coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 pie shells.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until brown and solid.
Half the recipe for only 1 pie.
