Coconut Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs, one at a time.
    Mix ingredients as listed.
    Cook for 15 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
