Chicken Herbed Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer chicken
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. savory
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Buy chicken cut up.
    Arrange in shallow pan.
    Brush with some of the salad oil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Add remaining ingredients, except flour and milk, to the salad oil; pour over chicken.
    Bake about 20 minutes longer, or until chicken is tender.
