Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add eggs and salad oil.
    Stir until dry ingredients are moist; do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and bananas.
