Blueburgs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    4 oz. cream cheese
    2 oz. Blue cheese
    1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
    2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
Preparation
    Divide meat into eight portions.
    Flatten each portion into a thin patty.
    In a small bowl, combine cheeses with a fork until well blended.
    Add garlic and onion, mixing well.
    Divide the cheese mixture between four patties, topping with the remaining patties.
    Seal each patty.
    Place on a platter and put in the freezer about 1/2 hour before grilling to seal patties well. Grill over hot charcoal until well browned.
    Serves 4.
