Pecan Crunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    11 single graham crackers, crushed
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix and beat egg whites and baking powder.
    Slowly add sugar and beat until it holds a peak.
    Then add the graham crackers. Add nuts and vanilla.
    Bake in greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for 4 hours before using.
