Oven Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. Louisiana style hot sauce (optional)
    2 lb. chicken parts (skinned, if desired)
Preparation
    Combine soup, oil, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and hot sauce.
    In a 3-quart oblong baking dish or pan, arrange chicken; cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Pour or spoon off fat.
    Pour soup mixture over chicken; return to oven for 30 more minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
    Stir sauce, then serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
