Broccoli And Green Olive Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head fresh broccoli, cut in chunks
    3/4 c. mayo
    3/4 c. green olives, sliced
    3 scallions, sliced
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped in chunks
Preparation
    Bring broccoli to a boil in a small amount of water.
    Take off heat, cover and let sit about 5 minutes, so broccoli still remains crisp.
    Drain and place in a bowl; add 3/4 cup mayo, 3/4 cup olives, scallions and hard-boiled eggs.
    Tastes best when it sits for a few hours before serving.
