Veal In Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal steak
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 1 can water
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. carrots, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 1/2 c. peas
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Trim, pound and season veal.
    Brown quickly in very hot frying pan.
    Add mushroom soup and water and simmer a few minutes.
    Add vegetables; put in casserole and bake for about an hour or until meat is very tender.
    Serves 4.
