Chocadamia Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate, cut in chunks
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) jars macadamia nuts (1 3/4 c.) or 1 3/4 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, margarine, brown sugar, sugar, egg, water, vanilla, baking soda and salt.
    Beat with electric mixer on low speed until combined, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Stir in chopped chocolate and nuts.
    Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto an ungreased large cookie sheet.
    Using spatula, flatten each cookie to a 2 1/2-inch round.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute.
    Transfer cookies to wire rack and cool.
    Makes 30 to 36 cookies.
