Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown onion in Wesson oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Salt and pepper 8 chicken breasts and place in a 3-quart Pyrex dish.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
    Cover with tin foil.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
