Gourmet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh bulk sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. uncooked wild rice
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 oz. can mushrooms
    1 small can pimientos, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage in large skillet using medium heat.
    Add onion, green pepper and celery.
    Continue cooking until vegetables are limp.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add uncooked rice, cheese, both soups, mushrooms and pimientos.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 3-quart casserole.
    Cover; bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours.
