Infallible Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium minced onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. raw large grain rice
2 c. chicken broth or bouillon
parsley
Preparation
-
Saute onion until transparent.
Add rice and hot broth.
Bring to a boil on top of range.
Cover and place in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Serve and listen to compliments.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
