Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    8 to 10 large Vidalia onions, peeled and sliced thin
    1 stick margarine
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute margarine and onions until tender (limp).
    Layer onions, cheese and crackers.
    Make at least 2 layers of all ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
