Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
Preparation

Melt margarine; add sugar and eggs and beat well.
Sift dry ingredients into egg mixture and beat well.
Add coconut to dough. Pour into 7 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately spread marshmallow cream over top. Frost with Chocolate Frosting.
