Peanut Butter Parfait - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1 stick oleo
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2/3 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. whipped topping
1 (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 3/4 c. milk
additional whipped topping
additional chopped dry roasted peanuts
Preparation

Combine flour, chopped peanuts and oleo.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and whipped topping.
Place over cooled crust.
Chill.
Combine chocolate and vanilla pudding with milk.
Beat until thick.
Pour over 2nd chilled layer. Chill.
Top with additional whipped topping.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Chill until set.
