Hunsmickel Pie(Spelled Phonetically) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

pie dough (enough to fill a 6-inch metal pie pan)
1/4 c. milk
dash of sugar
dash of cinnamon
dash of flour
dab of butter

Preparation

Mix approximately 1/4 cup milk with flour and blend in sugar; sweeten to taste.
Add dash of cinnamon and pour into pie shell. Add dab of butter in the center.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes with your large pie on a separate shelf.
It bakes best on an upper rack.
