Spinach, Mushroom And Red Onion Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. safflower oil (prefer cold pressed)
    1 red onion, sliced and separated
    2 c. torn spinach leaves
    5 c. torn salad greens (red, romaine or other)
    vegetable seasoning (Spike)
    kelp to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Marinate mushrooms in combined lemon juice and oil.
    Toss with onion, spinach and greens, then season with vegetable seasoning and kelp.
