Chocolate Pixies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Reserve.
    Melt butter and chocolate; remove from heat and let cool.
    Add granulated sugar and eggs, mixing thoroughly after each egg.
    Beat for 1 or more minutes.
    Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
    Mixture will be stiff.
    Remove dough from bowl, scraping sides with a spatula.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in confectioners sugar.
    Lightly grease cookie sheets.
    Place balls 3 inches apart and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until tops are set.
    Cool on wire racks.
