Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. rice, cooked and cooled
2 Tbsp. butter
Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
fried and crumbled bacon or ham
Preparation

Take the butter and Worcestershire and place in electric skillet.
Add onion and green pepper.
Fry rice in this mixture. Add bacon.
Be creative; may add water chestnuts, mushrooms, bean sprouts, celery, etc.
