South Of The Border - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. green pepper
    1 pt. tomatoes
    1 1/3 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 to 4 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage, onion and green pepper.
    Mix all other remaining ingredients.
    Add to sausage mixture.
    Simmer in skillet approximately 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
