Cheese Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh broccoli or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
    1 c. frozen small whole onions
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. skim milk
    2 oz. Neufchatel cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Remove tough part of broccoli stalks.
    Cut fresh broccoli lengthwise into uniform spears.
    Cut off buds and set aside.
    Cut remaining broccoli into 1-inch pieces.
    In medium covered saucepan, cook the stalk pieces of broccoli in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes, or just until tender.
    Add broccoli buds the last 5 minutes of cooking.
    (Cook frozen broccoli according to package; drain well.)
