Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked medium noodles
    1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped canned pimiento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    4 oz. sharp processed American cheese, shredded (1 c.)
    1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Blend soup and milk; heat thoroughly.
    Add cheese.
    Heat and stir until melted.
    Add to noodle mixture.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole dish.
    If desired, top with toasted, slivered almonds.
    Bake uncovered in 425\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
