Pineapple Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh, peeled pineapple, chopped in small chunks
    lime juice
    ginger
    honey
    chopped red and green bell peppers (you can use hot green and red pepper for a zesty taste)
Preparation
    Sprinkle the pineapple with lime juice, ginger and honey.
    Add peppers.
    Use this with sausage dishes, liver pate and fried chicken livers.
    Good for parties.
