Ingredients

1 egg white
pinch cream of tartar
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
Preparation

Beat egg white until bubbly.
Add cream of tartar, beat until it makes peaks.
Add sugar gradually.
Beat until stiff.
Add peanut butter.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
