Creamy Holiday Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, separated
1/3 c. honey or sugar
5 c. milk
1 Tbsp. rum extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
nutmeg
Preparation

Beat egg whites in large bowl until soft peaks form.
Add yolks and honey; beat well.
Stir in milk and extracts.
Chill. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream.
Pour into punch bowl; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Makes 2 quarts.
