Norm Mulpeter'S Grilled Bluefish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bluefish fillets (preferably fresh caught off Cape Cod)
    lemon juice
    garlic powder
    mayonnaise
    chopped onion
    pepper
Preparation
    Put foil on grill; put fish, brown side down, on foil.
    Cover with lemon juice and garlic powder; spread on lots of mayonnaise, chopped onion and pepper.
    Put grill on high; cook with the top down for 5 minutes on high, 5 to 7 minutes on medium, until the edge of the fish gets almost black and the onion browns.
    Even if you don't like fish, you'll like this!
