Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1 c. raisins
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 medium apple, chopped
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. red coloring
Preparation

Wash cranberries and heat
over
medium heat with sugar and 1 cup of boiling
water, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.\tRemove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate.
Makes

cups
or three pints.
