Chalupas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can refried beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    chili powder
    1 box tostada shells
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 head lettuce, shredded
    2 large tomatoes, diced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. guacamole
    1 small can black olives, chopped
    sliced jalapenos
Preparation
    In large frypan, cook onions until soft.
    Add beef and cook through.
    Add beans and spices to taste.
    Heat tostada shells according to package directions.
    Spread a layer of meat mixture on top of shell, then follow with toppings.
    It's best to start with the cheese so it will melt.
