Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. pecans
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. coconut
    3/4 c. chopped dates
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Melt butter, sugar, vanilla and vinegar.
    Let cool.
    Beat eggs. Add other ingredients and mix with other mixture.
    Bake in shell for 45 to 50 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Makes 2 small pies or 1 large.
