Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. softened margarine
2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 (9 1/2 or 10-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Mix lightly together the sugar, flour and cornmeal.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool before serving.
