Squash Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated squash, drained on paper towel
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    sliced cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together, except cheese, and fry in butter until brown on both sides.
    Put 1/2 slice of cheese on cakes while still hot.
